(Alexandria, VA) Fresh off of the heels of major victories in the 2020 election cycle, IMGE is adapting to face the challenges of a new year with a slate of key internal promotions.
“At IMGE, we’re proud of the fact that we’re able to hire, develop, and retain in-house talent. We’ve got the best team in the business, at every level, and we know that these leaders have the experience our clients need to craft innovative new digital strategies in 2021,“ said Megan Foote, Executive Vice President.
As a Digital Director at IMGE, her in-depth experience guiding digital strategies for every type of political client puts her in a position to share that expertise across our entire company. Her steady leadership building a robust omnichannel digital marketing strategy over the course of two cycles for rockstar Senate candidate John James pioneered cutting-edge techniques, and we’re thrilled to have her bring that kind of vision to the firm as a whole. Before coming to IMGE, Courtney was a Communications Director on the Hill focusing on earned media and building a strong digital presence. Courtney has several years of experience working on local, statewide, and congressional campaigns in New York, Connecticut, and Texas.
In Mike Chenderlin’s previous role as Director of Digital Strategy for many of our key corporate clients, he put the best digital technology to work for Fortune 50 companies. In his new role, he’ll be bringing that expertise to the whole firm and growing our corporate advocacy tactical playbook. With over a decade of experience in the digital space, Mike excels at growing online communities, activating supporters, and achieving complex goals. With his broad range of experience, from working on Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential bid to integrated issue advocacy and corporate outreach campaigns, Mike is someone you want to lead your advocacy efforts.
Formerly Director of Content Strategy, Emily will be bringing her strategic eye for digital content to our entire creative team. With over a decade of experience leading the development of digital-first creative, she will ensure that clients get both what they want and what they need in high-quality deliverables that will achieve their communications goals. Before joining IMGE, she worked in various roles to create quality online content for agencies, publications, political campaigns, and, most recently, as Digital Media Director at the Office of Senator Ben Sasse.
As IMGE builds out exciting new data offerings, Director of Marketing Alex Boedigheimer is shifting to focus full-time on this new challenge. While he dives deeper into data, he’s passing the baton to Conner Downard to lead our marketing vertical. Having served at IMGE at every level from Intern to Digital Director, Conner will be a great mentor to our staff. He knows what it takes to go from simple spreadsheet formulas to managing massive databases. With a natural instinct for testing out new marketing strategies and technologies, we can’t wait to see where Conner will take our team.
IMGE invests in top talent at every level of our organization. Over the past year, 11 of our staff members have leveled up into new roles at our firm. Whether you work with IMGE or for IMGE, we’re invested in growing with you.
