That’s exactly why two members of the IMGE team received 40 Under 40 Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants.

40 Under 40 Award Winner Ethan Eilon

Working on campaigns since 2004 and jumping into digital advocacy in 2008, Ethan Eilon has spent over a decade pioneering digital strategies for political and advocacy clients.

Since taking the reins in 2017, Ethan led an expansion of our service offerings and grew our corporate portfolio. He has spent countless hours refining our tech stack, focusing on automation, and cross-platform media consumption to give IMGE a competitive advantage.

Beyond the product side, Ethan has implemented a true team of teams structure to serve clients with unparalleled agility in our industry. Over the last few years, he’s been focusing on training the next generation of digital operatives; IMGE has invested heavily in staff development and training programs, priming our team to take on leadership roles and build new services offerings within the firm.

Under Ethan’s steadfast leadership, IMGE helped our clients win more victories across state, local, and federal elections in 2020 than we ever have before.

40 Under 40 Award Winner Anthony Pileggi

Anthony Pileggi has a long track record leading campaigns to victory. He previously served as Congresswoman Elise Stefanik’s Chief of Staff in the 116th Congress and as her District Director from 2015 to 2017. Before his time on the Hill, he served as Northeast Regional Political Director for the NRCC. He managed races throughout the Northeast, including Congresswoman Elise Stefanik and former Congressman Richard Hanna.

Since joining IMGE in 2019, Anthony helped launch IMGE Advisors, the general consulting arm of our firm, and secured victory for both of IMGE Advisors’ inaugural campaigns. The COVID-19 pandemic created restrictions for campaigns that meant we had to narrow and focus our campaign strategy. Anthony’s team got creative with reaching voters at home and led Andrew Garbarino to a resounding win in NY-02, as well as securing victory for Claudia Tenney in NY-22’s hard-fought recount.

Heading into 2022, Anthony has tripled the amount of consulting work our firm is leading. We’re excited to support these races heading into the primary season.
