IMGE is looking for a Swiss-Army knife creative team member who can handle the content and design process from ideation to execution. You should be equally comfortable crafting a killer tweet, designing a high-impact ad, and using AI-powered tools to create innovative multimedia content.

• Brainstorm, author, and proofread marketing collateral for web, email, SMS, advertising, and social.
• Develop engaging messaging for political campaigns, issue groups, and corporate clients.
• Design A/B tests to delve deeper into what drives engagement for each of your clients' audiences.
• Create eye-catching static and animated graphics for digital platforms.
• Design visuals for paid and organic social, display ads, landing pages, and email templates.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-powered design/animation tools to enhance content with cutting-edge creative.

• Above all else: Creativity
• Basic understanding of content and design principles, and the relationship between the two
• Strong writing skills with a knack for clear, persuasive, and engaging copy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and AI-- powered design tools like MidJourney, inVideo and Creatopy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus points if you have motion design or video editing experience.
