IMGE is hiring a Social Media Manager to lead our social and influencer marketing efforts. If you’re interested, keep reading.

What will you do in this role?

  • If you like a lot of campaigns going at once – and you like keeping track of how all those campaigns are doing – this role is for you. You will oversee social media and influencer marketing for multiple clients.
  • You’ll be an integral part of the overall strategic digital approach outside of just social. We want someone who thinks about the big picture—bulk content planning across multiple channels, rapid response, and creative engagement.
  • You’ll maintain and manage an array of client social media workflows and platforms.
  • You’ll lead the strategic development of audience growth, brand promotion, and engagement across multiple social media channels.
  • You’ll keep a pulse on the latest social media platforms and trends and create custom in-depth social media plans for clients to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • You’ll build relationships with vendors and influencers.
  • You’ll monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines.
  • You’ll identify and amplify trends, topics, sentiments, and emerging issues.
  • You’ll analyze data to make informed decisions on strategy and tactics.

  • Broad understanding of social media marketing approaches, tactics, and execution.
  • Extensive experience in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and more
  • Experience developing and reporting on performance metrics and knowledge of social media listening, social media management, and analytics tools
  • Experience working with contracts and organization of influencer programs
  • Experience tracking affiliate marketing creating a community of influencers and being able to prove ROI and performance of each activation
  • 4+ years of digital, social media, and/or influencer relations experience

Also, there will be times when this role will require you to work late hours and occasionally on the weekends, especially around election cycles. A positive attitude and excitement about your work is a must!
