What will my day look like?
- Community management for YouTube channels
- Performance monitoring and optimization
- Short- and long-form video content creation
- Content strategy with an eye for YouTube SEO
- Reporting and analysis
What are we looking for on your resume?
- Above all: diligence. We need someone who loves the hard work of building a YouTube audience. That means double-checking every setting, fact, and visual in each video to make sure it’s ready for primetime, every day.
- Attention to detail
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills
- Video, design, and social media interest or experience
- Basic knowledge of AI tools, prompting, and best practices
- A sixth sense for what hooks viewers in content
- Interest in conservative politics – many of the channels you will be managing cater to this audience
The fine print
- This internship will run through the end of December.
- This is a full-time internship, which means you may be working up to 40 hours per week.
