IMGE, a digital advocacy firm specializing in technology, targeted advertising, and strategy for political, corporate and association clients, announced today the hiring of several new employees to their fast-growing firm. Founded less than two years ago, IMGE has quickly become one of the most successful digital advocacy firms in the country.

IMGE Announces Several New Employees:
Matt Manda, Communications Director – Matt joins IMGE to head up the firm’s internal and external communications needs. He has several years of political experience; including successful Senate and Congressional campaigns, as well as two and a half years as a Communications Director on the Hill. In his new role, Matt will focus on developing and implementing strategies to increase the visibility of IMGE, as well as build and enhance brand identity and client communications needs. A native of Kansas, Matt is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Political Science.
Sarah Heidlberg, Corporate Client Manager – Sarah comes to IMGE after working at Ogilvy Washington’s [email protected] practice, where she supported multiple healthcare and corporate accounts, playing a key role in strategy, research and insights, community management, and analytics. Sarah has worked in PR previously in her hometown of Greenville, South Carolina at a small agency managing a broad range of clients. Sarah holds a degree in Mass Communication from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, Georgia.
Audrey Savins, Account Manager for Political Affairs – Audrey joins IMGE’s political account team with more than four years of digital experience for campaigns and advocacy groups. Her background ranges from successfully executing millions in online advertising campaigns, to planning creative social media strategies for the largest and most engaged conservative page on Facebook, to aiding in raising hundreds of thousands of dollars with an online search campaign for the NRSC. A Texas native and a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, Audrey holds a bachelor of science in Political Communications with a minor in Government and a concentration in Advertising.
Matt Capristo, Online Advertising Manager – Matt Capristo brings to IMGE’s advertising team a combined five years campaign, legislative and digital experience. An operative from Wisconsin, he worked on several high profile campaigns including both rounds of the Wisconsin State Senate recalls. Most recently, Matt has spent the last two years working at Targeted Victory where he served as a manager of online advertising specializing in search engine marketing.
Dave Sours, Digital Strategist, Political Clients – A native Virginian and recent graduate of Virginia Tech, Dave joins IMGE as a digital strategist for political clients, where he’ll develop innovative strategies and work with clients to ensure their success in their campaigns every day digital efforts. Prior to IMGE, Dave worked in a multitude of different political atmospheres from finance to grassroots; including stints at the Republican Party of Virginia and the Republican National Committee.
Gabe Egan, Digital Advertising, Political Clients – A recently graduate of the University of Michigan, Gabe comes to IMGE and joins a growing digital advertising team where he focuses on political clients. He has a degree in Political Science and History, and has previous experience interning at the NRSC.
Josh Mahan, Creative Associate – Josh joins IMGE as a graphic designer and animator, with an interest in all aspects of the creative process. Josh focuses on illustration and building strong brands for IMGE clients and customers. Hailing from Rochester, New York, Josh is a graduate of American University and holds a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing.
