For every piece of prospecting content, our marketers must create vendor-specific drafts with the right addresses, intros, approvals, copy, subject lines, sender names, dates, assets, and links with custom UTMs, often across many vendors at once.

That manual drafting step alone averaged ~30 minutes per piece of content and had a high risk of copy-paste mistakes.

Our Solution: Build a Custom AI-Powered App with Replit

We built an internal drafting app in Replit that automates the vendor prep for each set of email and SMS content.

Our app utilizes dynamic vendor data stored in a database, enabling a drag-and-drop, clickable UI.

Then, it templatizes drafts per vendor, organizing the correct subject line, email body, HTML/SMS copy, assets, sender, dates, and UTM links.

And once complete, it logs every send with metadata for auditability and team visibility. The entire team knows who was sent what, and when it went out for easy follow-up and accountability.
