Leading digital advocacy and consulting firm IMGE announced today several new hires and key promotions, adding to an already impressive roster of top digital talent. IMGE, co-founded by Phil Musser and Alex Skatell in 2013, is a full-service digital agency specializing in developing, managing and executing PR strategies for Fortune 500 companies, issue advocacy associations and a variety of national, state, and local political campaigns.

New Hires:
Ashleigh Grant will join IMGE as political account manager. She most recently served as Digital Political Director of the National Republican Congressional Committee where she advised top Congressional races across the country and has previously worked with state-level candidates while with the Republican State Leadership Committee’s digital team. Ashleigh’s a Seminole, graduating from Florida State University with a degree in political science and public relations.
Christina “Charlie” Heimerdinger will also join IMGE as a political account manager. Charlie comes to IMGE with extensive digital and political experience. She recently served as a Regional Digital Director at Generation Opportunity. Charlie graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with degrees in political science and international relations.
Promotions:
Megan Foote, previously IMGE’s Senior Manager for Corporate Advocacy, has been named Vice President of IMGE. Megan has been with IMGE since its founding, and in her new role she will oversee and direct day-to-day operations for IMGE.
Sarah Heidlberg, previously a Corporate Client Manager, is promoted to the role of Director of Corporate Advocacy where she will oversee and direct IMGE’s talented corporate team. Sarah joined IMGE from Ogilvy in 2014, and has an extensive background in PR strategy, research, insights and analytics.
Matt Capristo will assume the role of Director of Advertising. In this role he will direct all online advertising spending and targeting. He was previously with Targeted Victory.
