Megan Foote
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Megan Foote fulfills the role of chief of staff for the company – managing client retention and project fulfillment; overseeing client strategy, business development, and daily office operations. Megan leads IMGE’s forward-thinking approach to staff management, rolling out our unique team of teams structure and competitive employee benefits package. In 2021-2022, Megan led an internal team on the execution of a SOC 2 Type II certification, which further proves our commitment to ensuring secured data and implementing controls.
Megan has a broad range of experience spanning political campaigns and corporate issue advocacy. She held the position of Director for Corporate Advocacy at IMGE before moving into the Vice President position in June 2015. While managing the IMGE corporate team, Megan developed the corporate portfolio to over twenty clients across a range of issues and industries including aerospace, technology, manufacturing, and more. Her expertise included complex project management and campaign development, strategic issue advocacy execution, and client support.
Earlier in her career, Megan Foote worked in politics at the presidential campaign and convention level. She was Director of Friends & Family for the Romneys at the 2012 Convention and Travel Director and Credentials Coordinator for caucus operations in 2008. Megan worked for Governor Mitt Romney from 2006-2008 at both the Massachusetts State House and on his Presidential campaign. On the campaign Megan was special assistant to Mrs. Romney and the Romney family.
A native of Massachusetts, Megan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Boston University. She currently resides in Louisville, KY with her husband Tyler, daughter Evelyn, son Fitz, and her mini-dachshund, Richard.
